During all shifts, staff must wear the approved Ferraro’s uniform, presented clean, tidy, and in good condition. Dirty shirts are not permitted. Closed-toe footwear is required, and only approved outerwear/jumpers may be worn during service (non-approved items will be denied).
Uniform items can be paid upfront or via a weekly payment plan ($10/$15/$20/$50). If you are issued a shirt, it must be returned when employment ends. Where a refundable arrangement applies, returning all uniform items in good condition may result in a refund of amounts paid; lost, unreturned, or damaged items may forfeit the refund to cover replacement costs.
Failing to uphold uniform compliance may result in loss of shifts.
